St. Benedict Crucifix

This striking 34 cm Saint Benedict crucifix unites the beauty of sacred art with one of the Church’s most powerful sacramentals of protection against evil.

Hung above a door, set on a home altar, standing on a shelf or placed in the home office, this larger 34 cm crucifix becomes a visible sign of Christ’s triumph and Saint Benedict’s protection — a daily reminder to pray and work (Ora et Labora) in the places you live every day.

At the heart of this crucifix shines a large and detailed authentic Saint Benedict Medal — one of the most revered and powerful sacramentals in the Catholic Church. For centuries, this medal has been used as a strong shield against evil, temptation, demonic influence, and all spiritual dangers.

The medal carries the powerful exorcistic prayer “Vade retro Satana” — “Begone Satan!” — along with the ancient Benedictine inscriptions that invoke the power of the Holy Cross.

Details:

- Rich ivory-colored wooden cross with a stunning varnish finish.

- Detailed figure of Christ and “INRI” plaque in antique-gold metal.

- Authentic Saint Benedict Medal at the center.

The Back of the Crucifix

On the reverse side of this crucifix you will find the front of the Saint Benedict Medal.

This side bears a detailed image of Saint Benedict holding a cross in his right hand and the Holy Rule in his left. To one side of the saint is a cup (symbolizing the poisoned wine that broke when he blessed it), and on the other side a raven (which carried away the poisoned bread). Above the images are the words:

“Crux Sancti Patris Benedicti” — “The Cross of our Holy Father Benedict.”

Around the margin runs the beautiful prayer:

“Ejus in obitu nostro praesentia muniamus”

— “May we be fortified by his presence at our death.”

This powerful side of the medal, displayed on the back of the crucifix, offers continuous spiritual protection and reminds us of Saint Benedict’s intercession.

A meaningful blessing and strong spiritual protection for you and your entire family.
